American Samoa

History

American Samoa made its Summer Olympic debut in 1988 and has competed ever since. This small United States territory tends to send small teams of around 4-5 athletes. They have competed in different sports with athletics and weightlifting being the most common though they have sent a judo athlete to the last three games. American Samoa has yet to win its first medal.
