Guinea

History

Guinea made its first Summer Olympic appearance in 1968, but did not return until 1980 and has competed ever since. The nation sends a very small delegation to each Olympics with around five athletes participating, typically in athletics, judo, swimming and historically in boxing. Guinea has yet to win its first Olympic medal.
