Eswatini

History

Eswatini, formerly known as Swaziland made its first Summer Olympic appearance in 1972. The nation then participated in two boycotts in 1976 and 1980. After returning in 1984 the nation competed in all subsequent Olympics. Swaziland sends a small delegation with fewer than 10 athletes where they typically compete in athletics, boxing and swimming. The nation has yet to win its first Olympic medal.
